In this testPlay Im trying to answer a few questions from the user side. Creating a prototype to simulate the position, the structor on which the user is located and the surroundings, I would let the test users experience the project (with some help from me in faking the planned interaction) and answer these questions:
What shape would invite lying on?
What color would suggest lying on?
What graphic effect would you expect from your movement?
Do you feel the need for more body support to maintain the flying pose?
Do you feel the need to have hands holding some handles (e.g. For simulating a paraglide)?
Which poses could be interesting to examine other then lying?
What is the field of sight when you are in “flight” position?
How long should the experience proceed?

Thanks Oryan, BOM and Timeline look good. If you were continuing with the project I would ask you to flesh out the BOM, as well as think about how a play test will transition into a user test. I’m also curious as to the prior art and/or inspirations for this project. I look forward to see how you will fold this work into your new team effort.
